  • Tee Sheet & Booking. Members and visitors book online in seconds; staff run the whole day from one screen. Peak, standard and twilight pricing set themselves, and payment is taken at booking.

  • Pro Shop & Till. One till for the shop, food and drink, with live stock counts. Photograph a supplier invoice and prices and stock update after you approve each line. Part of the Hospitality add-on.

  • Membership & CRM. Members join and pay online, in full, by instalment or monthly, then manage it themselves: switch plan, freeze for a holiday or put the family on one bill, with no call to the office. For members' clubs it also keeps the register: per-plan member caps and a waiting list, plus share seats and transfers, all recorded in one place.

Capture demand when the sheet is full. Members and visitors ask to be notified if a time opens; a cancellation instantly emails the next in line with a one-tap claim link, turning lost bookings into filled tee times.
Member-sensitive yield management: visitors and guests see demand-based green-fee adjustments (by occupancy or days-out), clamped to a floor and ceiling, while members always pay the base rate. Prices are re-resolved server-side at checkout so the charge is always authoritative, and the demand uplift is attributed on the Revenue page.
