For comparison, one widely-used golf member app alone is reported at up to £1,400/yr per club (reported pricing: National Club Golfer, January 2026) - before the club has paid for a tee sheet, a website or anything else.
Add-ons
Switch any module on when you are ready. Each is billed monthly on top of the base.

Sell your rooms direct, with no commission to anybody. Counted room types with seasonal rates and minimum stays, a cancellation policy snapshotted onto every booking, and a day board for arrivals, departures and who is in house tonight - with the room revenue landing beside the golf in your own reporting.

Coaching & Practice
£75/mo
Online lesson booking with instructor diaries and double-booking protection, plus driving-range bay, simulator and session management with flexible pricing.
Hospitality
£125/mo
Everything food, drink and retail: a full EPOS till with tabs, split bills and kitchen display, barcode pro-shop retail with stock control, QR order-and-pay at the table or on course, allergen and PPDS labelling, and tips with a compliant tronc record.
Onboarding
Standard remote onboarding is included: a guided, self-serve setup wizard walks your team through going live. Need more hands-on help? An optional white-glove package (data migration, on-site hardware install, a training day) is available - priced by consultation, since it depends on what you are migrating from.
Founding partner programme
The first five clubs: everything, all-in
The first five founding clubs get the entire platform - the base and every add-on above - for a flat £150/mo, locked in for as long as you stay. In exchange we ask for a named case study and the occasional reference call, plus you get a direct line to the team shaping the product. Billed monthly, invoiced directly. No minimum term.
Pricing is managed and invoiced directly (no card needed to start). Choose your plan and add-ons, and we set the club up for you.
What a typical incumbent stack really costs
Most UK golf software is quote-only, so clubs price-compare in forums and committee meetings instead of on a website. The figures below are reported pricing from public forums, vendor sites and industry review sites, not our claims about what any named vendor charges today - treat them as directional, not a quote.
A typical incumbent stack
- Tee sheet & membership software
£1,000-£2,000/yr, reported pricing across UK incumbents - A separate competitions engine (e.g. Golf Genius)
Most UK tee-sheet vendors do not build their own, so competitions are often licensed and billed separately - A member-facing app
Up to £1,400/yr per club, or per-member charges of roughly £3-£10/member/yr, reported pricing where vendors charge separately for a branded member app - Barter tee times
Some tee-sheet software is "free" in exchange for a discounted trade tee time every day - one course has reportedly valued that daily giveaway at well over £90,000/yr in lost inventory
With Munya
- £175/mo base platform, published above - no quote required
- Competitions are included in the base, not a separate licence
- No member-app fee. The member experience is club-branded and included
- No barter, no trade tee times, no hidden discount inventory
- No mandatory setup fee and no long-term contract
Pricing FAQ
Is there a payments processing fee?
Card payments (green fees, memberships, food & beverage, events, lessons and shop) are processed through Stripe. We do not add a Munya platform fee on top of Stripe's own processing rate today - you pay standard processing, nothing else, and it is not stacked with a barter or per-member charge elsewhere.
What is the contract length?
There is no fixed-term contract. Pricing is billed monthly and invoiced directly - add or remove add-ons as your club's needs change.
How does migration and onboarding work?
Standard remote onboarding is included with every plan: a guided, self-serve setup wizard takes your team through configuring the club, courses, pricing and members. If you are migrating a large membership base or historic bookings from another system, or want us on-site for hardware install and staff training, the optional white-glove package covers that - priced by consultation since scope varies by club.
What are the Founding Partner terms?
The founding partner rate is all-in: the first five clubs get the base platform and every add-on for a flat £150/mo, locked in for as long as they remain a customer. In exchange we ask for a named case study and the occasional reference call. There is no minimum term - it is settled directly, with a direct line to the team shaping the product.
